The House

The open concept kitchen and extended living room make this beach bungalow feel significantly more spacious than similar 1-bedroom bungalows in the area. The kitchen is complete with a full sized stove/oven and microwave plus a table for 4, the living room has a 50” Smart TV, and the bedroom even features a KING sized bed!  

The living room also has two convertible sofas. The orange one is a European style that converts to a queen sized bed (much sturdier feeling when in “bed mode” than the traditional sofa beds we all grew up with) and is located in an area of the living room that makes it easy to leave the sofa in “bed mode” for the entire stay, if desired, while still maintaining a functioning living room in the remaining space. The blue sofa also lays flat for an additional sleep space. 

The Property

The house is located on it’s own private lot on a quiet residential street. It is tucked back behind another house (that’s why we call it The Hidden Gem!) and comes complete with private parking for 3-4 cars and a spacious private yard that is fully enclosed (great for kids and pets) -- which is hard to come by this close to the beach!
